Paracelsus HealthCare

LPE&A led this over-leveraged, for profit hospital company through Chapter 11 bankruptcy and provided an interim board member to the company when it emerged.

QuadraMed 

Larry English was recruited to be Chief Executive Officer of QuadraMed and charged with the turnaround of this troubled software company. His turnaround team included several members on the LPE&A network, some of whom took on interim assignments while others worked full time.

QuadraMed survived a balance sheet restructuring (outside of bankruptcy), a major restatement, an SEC investigation and a class action suit. Today QuadraMed is debt free and in the second quarter of 2005 reported its first profit in several years.
